How This Works
Each player has to risk $25. All the money from all those who join the bet will be pooled together. If 8 people play, the pot will hold $200. Each week of the NFL season, each player picks one winner in any of the 16 games being played. No worry about the spread. You just have to pick a winner for one game. If the team you picked to win loses or ties, you are out of the bet. The bet will be over when there is one of us whose selected team each week has never lost. Each of the other bettors will owe him $25. If two or more players make it through all 17 weeks, they will split the pot. Once you have picked a team, you cannot pick that team as your winner ever again the rest of the NFL season. Players must post their pick each week in the comments section of the weekly game schedule on this blog before the game they picked starts.
